Display of different problem on main screen, while working on other problem

Please take this issue seriously; this is the third time it has occurred. While I am trying to resolve one problem in the software, a different issue suddenly appears. As shown in the attached photo, I am addressing a beam-related problem, but after clicking on the main canvas screen, an unrelated problem is displayed.
