Show sidebar toggle when cursor reaches left screen edge

When the left sidebar is collapsed, moving the cursor to the left edge of the application should reveal a small toggle button that allows users to reopen the sidebar, similar to many IDEs.

Expected Behavior:
The sidebar toggle should appear on hover near the left edge.
